DescriptionThis aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Design Engineering Specialist to design gearing, actuators, helicopter transmission and drive systems.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years experience in aircraft mechanical components / systems
- High proficiency in Pro-Engineer, CAD systems
- Experience in rotating gears, actuators, geared systems
- Knowledge/experience with computer based analytical tools
The Design Engineer Specialist will be responsible for new design activity from conception and proposal through the production/repair/overhaul stages; and will work closely with the manufacturing/quality/test engineering departments to assure production realization.
