Job Description:
The Master Scheduler will be responsible for the development, analyzation, management and recommendations to the Program Management team, all project schedule baseline updates to ensure the integrity of meeting all program requirements.
Responsibilities:
-The successful candidate will develope resource loaded schedules, implementing appropriate Earned Value methodologies, and maintaining the baseline Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large, complex Government/DOD program.
-Maintain data validity, maintaining the integration between the schedule and the Program Work-break Down Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) , and Integrated Master Plan (IMP), working closely with the finance, contracts, product support, technical, and program management product teams. .
-Applicant must be able to function in a dynamic organization, communicate within a team environment, and be able to facilitate and lead status meetings.
-The candidate must also be capable of performing work under general direction, assist in establishing objectives, and be able to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives.
-Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) a must.
-Ensure compliance with schedule and Earned Value guidelines within each program area.
-Prepare milestone reports and briefings as needed by program management
Education/Qualifications:
-The candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 8-12 years related experience in earned value management, engineering/ operations planning and/or program master planning and scheduling.
-Extensive experience with MS Project, MS Office, aerospace industry data management, related schedule and risk assessment applications is required.
-Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred
