Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide avionics engineering services for the support of aircraft operations in the U.S., as required by the Director of Integrated Customer Support Services.
Create wiring diagrams/technical drawings and modifications of aircraft systems.
Generate technical content to be used for reviewing, writing & supporting technical publications.
Evaluate existing aircraft systems to reduce maintenance costs and meet regulatory standards.
Develop/oversee/assist engineering efforts for new and existing projects and business opportunities.
Clearly communicate in order to develop customer friendly Bulletins and Service related documents.
Develop methods for uniform publications of document changes in compliance with Military logo and branding.
Experience with Digital Buses in support of protocol communications.
Create airworthiness documents (Ground & Flight test procedures, compliance plans, reliability analysis, etc.)

Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
Aircraft Systems knowledge.
Strong knowledge of FAA Regulations
2-5 years experience as aeronautical engineer preferred.
Must be willing to travel; domestic or international (HAVE PASSPORT)
Highly organized professional with significant experience and verifiable achievements in common engineering practices and procedures.
Computer literate: MS Project, MS Office Suite, and various CAD suites.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)

Candidates must be willing to travel internationally for training (2-3 months minimum)
