JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: HYDRAULIC DESIGN ENGINEER, AEROSPACE
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Design and develop hydraulic test systems for our customers in the Aerospace industry.
We currently have developed a portfolio of hydraulic test systems. The candidate will be responsible, with a team, to standardize our Hydraulic product line based on modular designs.
DUTIES:
Interpret hydraulic technical requirements based on customer applications.
Apply fluid power principles in designing hydraulic systems.
Perform calculations of power, heat dissipation, noise etc.
Specify components such as pumps, motor, valves, heat exchangers etc.
Integrate components into a hydraulic test system design to satisfy customer requirements.
Develop AUTOCAD 3D modeling.
Design manifolds and perform FEA analysis.
Follow the standardized engineering design process.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
BSME or Degree in Power Fluid design3 to 5 years of experience in design of power fluid systems
OTHER:
Aggressive, goal oriented self driver with strong work ethicProfessional presence

Team player able to operate effectively across all boundaries of organizational structure
