Our client is exciting to open their doors to their first United States location. This precision machining company will produce parts for key customers in equipment fabrication, semiconductor and aerospace industries.

Requirements- Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of inspection methods, procedures, equipment, and layouts
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programming CMM software
  • Previous experience with aluminum and titanium a plus
  • Experience in gage management and calibration, use of measurement gages and systems
  • Experience in SPC data preparation and analysis
  • TS16949 or VDA6.3 experience preferred
  • CNC manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read metric drawings and GD&T  required
  • Experience with ZEISS CALYPSO or HEXAGON PC-DMIS programming preferred
  • Knowledge of PPAP preparation, PPAP  requirements and or customer supplied PPAP forms
  • Professional experience communicating with customers and suppliers 
  • Operation of CMM system
  • Programming of measurement system/developing strategy for optimization of existing measurement methods
  • Coordination and execution of PPAP reports for internal and external view
  • Preparation of dimensional reports  for internal and external use
  • Analysis of dimensional and SPC reports and recommendation for technicians and supervisor
  • Support  of CNC technicians in prototype, launch and production phase
  • Organization and monitoring of all measurement devices in quality laboratory
  • Organization and maintenance of gage management system
  • Perform gage R&R and calibration
  • Records keeping of inspection documents for all company products and components
  • Incoming inspection of supplied components 
  • Must follow all safety and work regulations
